Why we exist

## AI people want. Control organisations need.

AI is already changing regulated work. Too often the choice is between banning it and hoping for the best.

Synainesi is the third way: a workspace people choose because it makes their work better, in which the organisation’s rules about models, data and actions are kept.

The name

## Agreement, by design.

Synainesi comes from the Greek συναίνεση: consent, agreement. It is what we build for: agreement between people, the rules they work under and the AI they use.

What we believe

### People

AI should make good people better at their work, and leave the decisions that matter with them.

### Policies

Rules that matter should be kept where the work happens, not written down and hoped for.

### Possibilities

With the right controls, and controls open for anyone to inspect, regulated organisations can say yes to AI and move faster because of it.
